Keith, 52-53#s at 28.5"s would be perfect. Tickets will be the same as last year. $20 for one of my wifes wingspan(Cindy). Everyone usually purchases anywhere from $40-$100 worth at least. We will just put tickets in a different bucket for the pig hunt and the kids raffle and the two bowfishing trips donated by Indianabowman. All of these prizes are making my head spin, think I will grab the bow and see how the rabbit valley looks for sign!!        :bigsmyl:    OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! I saw 9 bunnies along the creek by the rabbit valley. I did not bother going into the jungle. I had 5 shots total down there. The walking was brutal. I came back and started kicking piles in my neighbors yard. I had one sitting under a wildrose and tried to thread one thru. I ended up chasing him around and got 4 more shots, he ended up under my dutch barn in the driveway!! Now that is what I am talking about!! OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Also as a side note, I found an arrow that I shot along the creek 2 years ago and I can home stripped it feathers and it is very shootable Hot Hap knows how to seal them!!OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! No-sage,
Thanks for the info and I have one more question. What type of arrow point do you use for bunnies? Thanks.

Rick

Rick, anything goes except BHs. Wingnutters, hex blunts, regular blunts, field points with washers behind em...doesnt really seem to matter what you hit em with....Shawn grows some tough bunnies. Usually takes a follow up shot or a very acrobatic "beagle-retriever"....

Be forewarned, bows I'd like to try.......

Black Mountain, Black Widow, Centaur, DAS, Dryad,
Griffin, Rivers Edge, Shrew, Great Plains SR Swift, Whisperstick, Zipper, and of course the bow that Keith is currently making for me!!!!!!  (You know, that raffle bow everyone think they are going to win....) Oh yeah, and a Kwyk Styk if there's a right hander that happens to show up....

Look like it will be a busy couple of days.

Great news, Hope and Faith are on their way to me!! We were the only group hunt in Feb. so I will have them both for at least 3 weeks!! I want to spend some time with Larry's DAS, I may go that route this year. I have to see how I like it, I shot it a few times last year but need to really shot it this year!! Received some more M.O.s today to get Doug here and Kathy(Killdeer) is sending a package and she isn't even coming! BJK sent me the blunts I needed!! Great6 people on a great site, Thanks to all!! OOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Shawn

Here's another look at it David.

just need to soften up the upper (right) limb a little and start shooting it in.

Right now it looks to be coming out around 50lbs, but I'll write whatever weight the winner likes onto it.  64" long, but I may shorten it up to 62".  Those 30" draw guys might need the extra length to keep it from rapid random disassembly   ;)
