First kill with selfbow and stone point

Finally tried hunting with a selfbow and stone point and had some luck. The little buck was shot at 12 steps and never made it out of sight.

Awesome. I hope to one day achieve that.  I would also like to see a picture of the point you are using.  That bow looks cool and has proven to be very effective also.

The bow was built by a friend in south Arkansas. Hickory 54#@28 with cow horn nocks,rattlesnake on the limbs and chickensnake on the grip. Real good shooter.
