Thickness belt sander

Awhile back there was a thread or two on how to make a lam grinder using a belt sander. Need to see them pics again.

I just posted a picture in another thread but here it is what I use as lam grinder or taper grinder. The brown tapered strip, between the guide and black aluminium bar, I use as a taper reference and is placed between the guide and the black aluminium bar.
Hope you can do something with it.
