I've come to believe that the keys to shooting well for me are good form, trusting the bow to do all the work, and having the confidence in the bow and myself to remain motionless and relaxed at release until the arrow hits the mark.

Yup, cold isn't the word.

I thought about going out and trying to shoot some bunnies today but, I think I'll pass. It's way to cold. Not trying to sound like a wimp.

Hey Tripper!

I have a couple more names for you to add to the list. I talked with Ben Saye this morning and he said that Bob Snow will be joining us and I talked with Mike Horton and he said Mike Dunaway will be joining us also.

What amount are you looking for on the food and picnic item collection jar? $5 each? Do you need any help with anything? Let me know if you do, I'll be glad to help out.

Ok, the list of people who are definate:
twosheds
Gatekeeper
WoodsyDave
Paul/KS
Rodneybrintle
bmn
bretto
ksbowman
Mike Horton (The Nocking Point)
kskickapoo
VA
Bmoeller
Aeronut
rg176bnc
Bob Snow
Mike Dunaway
Tim Schrader

list of maybe:
Dave Bulla
KSdan

Tom, five bucks should be more than plenty. When it comes closer to time, I will go out and buy all the perishables and then have a better estimate. If it is over five bucks a man, I'll take care of it. I butchered a hog last year so the bacon isn't going to cost anything.
If it is less than five bucks, what do you guys say we elect some sort of a treasurer and use the money left over for future shoots. That money could go to buying everyone food at a 3-D shoot or breakfast next time we all gather or even better, you never know when one of your fellow KCTN'ers is down on his luck. Just an idea.

That makes seventeen definates and two maybes.
Although, Dave is pretty much a definate.

Can't wait. I've been in my basement shooting at small targets so I don't come up there and make a fool of myself.

Hope everyone stays warm this week. Tripper

I've been shooting in the basement too but at a big bag...  :D
(One of our freezers is kinda close.)
Looks like a good crowd is coming. I talked to recurvericky over in Olathe and he might make it.
MMMM, Bacon.... I'll dig out the coleman stove and bring it along. How are we fixed for frying pans?
