FINALLY, After a 10 month wait my new Schafer Silvertip has arrived. The bow is Dymondwood Rosewood riser and limbs. Riser has checkered grip,I ordered 2 sets of limbs 51# @28" and 60# @28 the bow is 62" amo. limbs are matching with elk antler tip overlays. I also got the antler limb bolts, the black knureled knob bolts and the allen bolts with brass bezels.I shot the bow all afternoon in the driving snow. I swear the 60# limbs will pass through an elephant, they are incredibly fast and hard hitting. I wish I knew how to post pics here, there are some on the other site.

This is my 4th Silvertip, they are adicting. I am already considering a Walnut riser, camo limbs, and of course checkered grip which is probably my favorite feature. I have a Charcoal riser, snake skin backed Silvertip that I plan to send to Dave Windauer to be refinished this winter and will probably sell in the spring to pay for it.
