Hey Bob, I'm still at it, as a matter of fact let me know if you ever want to sell your tip longbow...LOL   Actually I'm waiting on a V-archery longbow and I just contacted Mike Bird and am going to have him make me one of his 58" hybrids.

I think I started something here, Dave and Beth would be very happy to see so many tip-crazy gangers.

They may just get some more work out of this, on my side of it anyway.
As much as I love the tip I have. There is always somethings different that would fit my fancy.

You people are killing me...  I don't get my new one until May.  A Take down long bow.  Here is the recurve I sold due to it being a little heavy for me.  59# @ 29". Back in Oct.'05:

Just got a tip longbow a while back. I'm a rick welch kinda guy, but I'm shooting the shafer more and more. It's 61@28 diamond wood riser, fast flight with snake skins, 62" with action boo lams. I really did'nt need another bow but for $450 I thought I could get my money back if I did'nt like it. Don

MJB,

Dave made this dream come true for me, back in 1996.
I did not want the checkerd grip so I requested that a chunk of elk antler be inlaid into the grip. Dave sure did a good job on it.

Jesse, good bows and arrows are hard to come by.
Good women are even harder.
