Kinda thinking about going up in weight on my arrows. Right now I shoot a 28" 2016 with a 155 grain BH for a total weight of 490 grains. My bow is 56 lb. at my draw of 27.5". If I went to a 2018 with a 200 grain BH, would the spine be the same? If not, what point weight would make a 2018 at 28" spine like my 2016's?

Lots of variables depending on your bow riser (degree of center cut) but you
should
be able to shoot a 2018 with a 56# draw weight. May have to leave it a little longer. No idea on what point weight at what arrow length would be the same...
2016's spine about 61#'s and 2018's spine about 67#'s on 26" centers.
