Where exactly in this great state are you located? LOL.   Really nice bucks. Something for you to look foreward to next season.

Ben, Did you get a pic of the buck in front of this one?  He's got his nose tipped down, ears laid back, and his rear-end lowered. Classic aggressive stance...

He's got another buck in his sights!

Heck, this is the first time I've seen this pic! I think the guys are holding out on me. Don't worry Ben/Rob, I already killed my buck.lol Curt, That buck is standing on an old, grown up logging road about 15 yards from one of our stands. Could be another buck in front of him but he did not cross the path of the camera. Good observation on his posture. This is the 2nd pic of this buck from this stand site. Ben and Rob are hunting the area and Rob has seen the buck in daylight hours. The 1st pic(which Ben accidentally deleted) was in daylight and Ben was in another stand. Story of our life, should have been here yesterday.lol Hopefully one of the guys will get a shot off in the next couple of days......or one of the kids might get a dandy when youth season comes in the 21st. We will be shutting the area down after this weekend to give it a rest before the youth season comes in.
Come on guys, I want to do some draggin!!!!!

The big bucks haven't crawled out of the woodwork near my stand yet, and mostly moving at night.  Kind of funny, I put out a few apples and some buck jam and these mountain deer haven't even stopped to sniff it.  Guess they don't associate it with food!

Washington is a sleeper state for big bucks. There are some really good genetics floating around.

It is too bad you can only shoot one deer a year. One of the few states you can hunt Whitetails, Blacktails, and Mulies.

Ed,

That is my son...he is in one of the engineer units. I am back down in Fort Benning, GA where the deer and hogs roam.
