What wood is my riser?
« on: January 17, 2009, 10:50:00 AM »
I picked up a Tennessee Traditions t/d in a trade and dont know what kind of wood I have. The limbs have the same wood in them also. Its a kind of grayish green looking with some lighter wood mixed in.

I'd say it is some sort of actionwood.  Maybe maple or birch?
