Couple of new additions to the stable of bows.
« on: January 21, 2009, 08:11:00 PM »
Got these in a couple of days ago and thought I would share with my familuy.

1st is a 62" Dale Dye Medicine Point, Santos Rosewood riser with wenge and amarillo piercepoints. 60#@20" so about 58# at my 29" draw. Smoothest Dye I have owned and a real keeper.

Next is a Jack Harrison HSS T/D longbow. bacote riser boo limbs with carbon front and back, carmalized sheephorn overlay on riser and tips. WOW, I have not been able to shoot a longbow well in a long time.used to shoot them exclusively, this one is whisper quiet and smooth as butter,58#@28" so about 60# at my 29" draw. It is so enjoyable to shoot a longbow again that I can hit with.
