hi tradgangers...i'm looking for someone to put snakeskins on a bw i just bought off this site.if you know someone or do it yourself let me know ok.also need info on where to pick up snakeskins...will pay what its worth...thanks...larry

You might check with Mike Yancey at Pine Hollow Longbows (on the sponsor list)  Mike sells snakeskins, you might could talk him in to installing them.....  :bigsmyl:

Black Widow does them, I know Morrison does them.  I'm not sure if he only does his bows or not, but he's been doing it a long time and they look great...Mike

Best skin jobs i have seen are bye Morrison give him a call and he can let you know what he has for skin availability and his prices

Elkherder, Why not do it yourself. There is a great "how to" on this site. Believe me if you take your time, it is not difficult at all. I have done several bows of my own and have been very pleased with the result. I recently bought a set of Texas king rat snake skins from American headhunter and did my PL Prototype with them. If you're looking for a nice set of skins you may want to hold off until the weather gets warmer.

I just talked to Bob Morrison yesterday and he doesn't have many skins left except for Eastern Diamondbacks. I'd bet most bowyers are down on their snakeskin inventories this time of year.
