Skarcher you are correct. With my 54 I ended subtracting 9 # reducing my bow to 45 which but it right on the edge of 150-250..

I shoot 54@28 have a 29" draw.. my 250 are cut to 29 3/4".
I have been fooling around with regular inserts, 100gn inserts and weight tubes along with the test kit bare shaft. My arrows weigh any where from 495gn to 635
2 bare shaft = 495gn
2 of the 250's = 635gn with weight tubes
1 of the 250's 505gn no weight tubes
All 5 of these arrows have 125gn head and 12gn CE aluminum insert
1 250's with 100gn brass insert with 125gn head = 573gn
1 250 100gn brass wiht 145 head = 593gn
this is typical at 20 yards using the mix of the above arrows. It is actually 2 groups the top one was getting a bit crowded.
