In honor of my first trad deer
«
on:

I got my first trad deer this past season and before I left the woods I had an idea of what I wanted to do to help me remember my first one with my recurve.
Her she is after that wonderful hunt.
Saving the hide for my plan.
Never did this before but I am pleased with how it turned out. Now I will have another way to remember that day and that first trad deer for a long time.

I got another doe with my recurve in late October and saved that hide as well. Not sure what to make from it. Any ideas?

Really nice! Thanks for using all you can of what you harvested! ACE's in my book!
Don't take it hunting during gun season and watch out for the gun poachers in the off season.
Consider making another quiver,,, you could always donate it for St. Judes Auction.
