Wisconsin Tradgangers ?

Hey guys, does anyone plan on hitting the indoor trad shoot in Johnsonville (Sheboygan Co.) this weekend? With the nice weather we've had this week, it gives me the itch to shoot a few arrows with some fellow archers. I'll be there on Saturday.

Joe, Too bad you can't make it, but it's better to miss a shoot in Feb. than a good day of hunting later in the year.

With Saturday being Valentines Day, I don't want anyone showing up dressed like Cupid...it might scare the kids! Having someone at the shooting line in a diaper is taking it a bit too far. There are no "style points" for best dressed. Though I once DID see a fellow going through a 3-D course in a loin-cloth. Let's see..Wisconsin in July+mosquitoes+lots of people around+a loin cloth. My guess is his concentration that day wasn't that great!

I have it from a reliable source that Knobby will be the one dressed up like Cupid, makes me want to puke just thinking about it. I know he just painted his bow "pink" this past week! And to think I plan on spending a week with him in a tent on top of a mountain in Wyoming this fall. I promise guys, I'll bring a video camera along this fall.

Paul, Thanks for the offer, but I think I'll pass. Schlaggerman may want some like that though, to use while he's listening to his collection of Elton John and Village People CD's.

Sorry Knobby, I'm more of a Simon & Garfunkel fan. If we get anywhere near Brokeback Mountain when we're in Wyoming I'm heading home.

Kent, glad to hear you and your friends can make it. Maybe I can fit an extra visit in on Sunday. If I remember correctly, they may have shut it down a little early last year because only a handful showed on Sunday. I'll be there Saturday for sure, Sunday, maybe.

I was at the Shoot for most of the day, and had a great time. There were a few Tradgangers there, with everyone getting to shoot lots of arrows. Good luck tomorrow to anyone planning to be there.
