WoW Kevin that is absolute beauty!  Excellent work! Wish it were a lefty. My wife has been looking to get a longbow around that weight range and that would be PERFECT!
I reckon so

Chortdraw

Very well done. Looks like you are on the way. Good luck and happy bow building.

koger

Stunning good looks!! What would you take to make one at about #46?

Fine lookin bow,  curious to find out how the carbon holds up on the belly.
Now then, get your weapons ~ your quiver and bow ~ and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.  Gen. 27.3

It may have come out lite, but it's pretty. Very nice work.

Sorry guys, that one has my wife's name all over it! She may be the first member of the Garlock ProStaff - now if she only had time to shoot...  :D

Sorry to hijack this thread but while we are on the subjectof carbon ...I was wondering about this combo. Boo back, carbon core, and an exotic wood veneer under glass. .020 is the thinest carbon Binghams offers. I'm wondering if it would come out too stiff with boo, carbon, and glass combined? How thin would the glass belly have to be to keep a 64" longbow around 45-50 lbs? Would the glass belly hold up and would the carbon over power the boo back and cause it to fail? Has anyone ever heard of this combo and how it faired?
