Charlie's video is an excellent way.  Make sure you pay attention to the rear of the blade on the Snuffers.  It's easy to neglect or damage because it's width is so close to that of most files.  Finishing them with a quality hard stone from Sharpster will make a world of difference too.

Charlies video is really good. Another way is the Snuffer tamer in 3-Rivers. Same concept but less steps. The files are angled on a piece of board and once you get the angle on the blade, it's all about the leather strop. The leather makes them hair shaving sharp. I will not use a Snuffer unless I can cut the hair on my arm shaving down. Either way will get them awesome sharp.
