I'll add to the fever. I had one for a couple of years. I really liked it. It was fast and stable and good looking. Shot where I pointed it. I had too many bows. So I sold it. Sometimes I think that was dumb but I really didn't need it. But it was a good bow. Gary

Have one will post pics later, awesome bows, quiet very quick though not super fast but above all very easy to shoot...would put them in the top 10 for shootability, maybe top 5.

They are beautiful bows and shoot nice! I used to have an older one with 2 sets of limbs but just didn't fit my hand well. Sold it ot another Trad-ganger here.

I have a Master Hunter Elite....decent speed, smooth draw, nice grip that suits my shooting style, and probably the quietest recurve I've ever shot.
I have owned a bunch of bows and the Assenheimer has the BEST finish of any bow I've ever seen or owned.

I have a nice lefty, they are smooth, quiet, reasonably fast, and real easy on the eyes.

I ordered it when I was at Cloverdale, so that was the 2nd weekend in June of 2008.

Riser is Cocobola and Curly Zebra.  Limb verneers are curly zebra.

I have a 64" - 48 lbs., very smooth shooter. Extremely quiet, puts out good speed with a 2016 Easton Legacy.  One other thing..... Don Assenheimer and his wife are super people to deal with and Don stands behind his product 110%.  If you haven't already, check his website out for bow combinations/pictures.

Bob, I have purchased four Assenheimers, my wife shoots one and my son shoots one. I personally don't think I will ever shoot anything else. I just got my latest one that I ordered at Cloverdale as well. Well worth the wait.

Several may say they are not that fast, but for me they are plenty fast enough for the quietness.

If your interested in used, I have a 60# at 29" I'm selling. The riser is the action wood camo with the limbs to match. It's a 1997 bow, however it's like new. I'm the original owner and only have shot the bow two seasons. I have a Selway bolt on quiver and a case custom made for it by Kelly that I'm selling with it. Donny just went over it last summer and tweaked the limbs for me. You can email me for pics if you'd like. I'm asking $350 plus shipping for all.

I've never owned one, but have shot a couple. Good shootin' bows. Living in central Ohio, I hear a lot of talk about them. I've yet to hear a bad comment about the bow or the man.
