Eric, I saw your post on ***********. GREAT little device! If you put a couple of dowels equal distance to the center of the nut, then it becomes a centermarking gauge as well and will enhance the use of this unique tool!

Interesting idea.
I have been using a gizmo with the nut on the bottom lately. I screw the pencil in with a 1/4 socket wrench a couple of times because it will need a lot more threads. Using it upside down eliminates the need for such a stubby point pencil.
I am going to make some really neat "Presentation Grade" gizmos for next years St Jude auction. I have some lamination ideas floating around in my head at the present.
