Arrow finish?

Has anyone using a poly finish had a hard timer getting arrows out of targets? I noticed that my arrows were harder to pull than most of the other guys and gals arrows I shot with this past weekend. One guy told me that the poly heats up a little as the arrow sinks into the target thus making it harder to pull out. I have been using a poly finish on the shafts and wondered if a shellac finish would be better and make the arrows easier to pull out of a target?

Put some Pledge funiture polish on your shafts. I do this when I shoot my woodies into 3D targets. I have also heard of using Armour All.

Try carrying a bar of Ivory soap with you, and rubbing it on the last couple inches every few shots.

Great ideas. Since I already carry string wax would that work or make them more difficult to pull?
