I have my eye on a Quinn... so I'm not busting the bank on this one!  The rest will be saved for my rainy day fund well that and I'm thinking that this might be a good time to invest in AIG and real estate derivatives!     :knothead:

I have a credit union at work and have a general "hunt fund" goin, it direct deposits a small amount each payday so I never actually have the money in hand. I use it strictly for huntin stuff.. I just dont use credit cards anymore.. lesson learned on that one!!

You guys reckon we could get in the relief package? A new bow would cause me to buy new arrows, points, etc. Also, I would have to spend some money on fuel to get out to stump shoot. Of course I'd buy "green" fuel. Now ain't that helping the economy? I am all for spreading money around if I can get it.
A new bow, needs a new blind which could be considered a new home for at least part of the year. First time buyer for me. Be sure that I'd buy the most efficient heating system also, including all natural sleeping insulation like down sleeping bag.    :bigsmyl:

The key to saving money is to put back something EVERY WEEK,even if it is just $10 and put it in a separate account.

My wife and I have our regular expense account, then savings-investment-retirement but we also have separate play-toy accounts. We are not wealthy but we have learned to budget and save.

Having separate play-toy accounts has saved us countless arguements about if one or the other should have bought something or not.

Used to be a gun nut.  Now I sell a  gun and buy a bow.  Faster that way.  Bows have more soul.
no clue how to do this
