Bow Hike with my Honey
« on: March 04, 2009, 08:48:00 PM »
Today was an awesome day to go on hike with the Wife and our bows for some stump shooting and some awesome time out. It was a bit chilly but it was a blast with great temps to hike and shoot in. My beautiful wife is a crack shot and keeps me on my toes plus she's fun to look at  :D  . the stream you see me shooting over when i'm on the log was over flowing the other day and that log was under water.

I remember when my wife looked like that, seems like ages ago and I'm only 36 years old.

Fantastic!!!

Remember these times when the ice tray is left empty, the cap off the tooth paste or whatever is frosting you at the time, and it all seems pretty insignificant.  My wife shoots/hunts with me too, as so many don't, but the times like you have shared here really help in the hard times that eb and flow through a marriage.

It is a lot like shooting a trad bow, if you don't work at it...well it just won't be satisfying.  I could go on about the little hunters in our camp that now put food on the table too, but I will digress.

Thanks for sharing this.  I am sure I will log on later today to look at your fun times depicted here again.  It made me smile as I  look toward the short fifteen year mark we are headed for this year.

I wish you well in all that you two endeavor TOGETHER!
