I had a Blacktail TD that would do that ...Boywer had me put some string wax until the limbs and remount them ...it was gone.

I had an older widow do the creak noise. I used the wax in string groove fix. Works well. You could also try moleskin between the riser and limbs. My widow came that way. Looked funky but worked.
Bear takedowns have the same issue. I use a plastic sandwich between the limb and the bracket to quite the creak noise I get.

May try replacing the O rings on the limb studs. They flatten out causing a craking noise while drawing. I now replace every couple of years for preventative maint.

Yep what they said.  Put some wax on the pins, that should clear it up

That's part of the reason I love my one-piece sticks. But....You can't take'em down.

Try shooting the bow with the lower limb tip protector removed. If the noise goes away trim off 1/4" from the open end and replace. I had this happen to me on one of my BW t/d's. It sounded just like a limb creak but, was just wax from the sting sticking to the inside of the rubber limb tip. Give it a shot it can't hurt. Good luck, Glen
