what is the thread on a stabliser bush?

i'm looking at making up a bowfishing rig using an old fishing rod butt. i need to find a bolt that screws into a stabiliser bush to glue into the rod butt.
Thick fog slowly lifts
Jagged peaks and hairy beast
Food for soul and body.

Border black douglas recurve 70# and 58# HEX6 BB2 limbs
