Making a kid's day!!!
« on: March 10, 2009, 07:01:00 PM »
WOW!
What a surprise...I inquired about an ad in the classifieds for my son who is now 9 years old.  It was a Javaman Tanjavur...  I thought it would be perfect for Alex.  You have seen him in my avatar, he was 5 then...
Larry replied to me that I could NOT buy the bow for Alex....
He said he was giving Alex the bow just as a reminder that God's grace is freely given to us...
I was speechless to say the least...Alex was elated!!!

So thanks Larry for a bow with such meaning and for making a young man truly happy!  We are living in an apartment right now so this is how he shoots it each day!!!

coming to full draw

 the release

 the result

 Thanks again Larry!

LOL  I got up this am and he was suppose to be getting ready for school and he was shooting in his pjs and robe!  The boy is addicted I think...

Outstanding.

That is awesome! I wish I would have started shooting that young. There are so many things kids that age can get addicted to like tv and video games. Instead of sitting on the couch he is shooting around it!
