Thanks, Terry, Knife, and Van. Looks like Littlefeather got to bloody her up on a goat, though...so that was neat!

buks2hunt...check the first page of this thread.  There is a user list for each bow.  There are some openings for Faith.  If any of those openings fit your schedule, pm or email Terry Green.

Any folks who have hunted the bows, please don't forget the ST. Judes Medicine bags. I have one piece from each bow at this point.

Sorry, I forgot to post here about shooting Hope. Recently I went on a goat hunt to west Texas where Mark Horne was along too. Mark just happened to have short term possession of "Hope" and asked if I wanted another shot at hunting with her. I graciously accepted the opportunity and hunted one morning hunt with her. I landed a good shot on a porcupine and rather large Taxidermy bill. For most guys a porcupine is something to leave alone. For me it was a really neet trophy for my mantle. I've never seen another porcupine in Texas. Maybe I should get out more! Thanks to all associated with this project for allowing me the opportunity to help breath some MOJO into the bow. CK

Yep Curtis,

They are in Texas. When I was a kid I killed one over around Ozona while deer hunting on my friends ranch. That was more years ago than I want to admit, but they are around. Neat trophy.

Nice trophy,  Actually where i come from up northern Ny, It is kind of a unwritten rule to not shoot porky's. The name Adirondack from the Adirondack mountains is, I believe an old Iroquois word ( I am pretty sure it is Iroquois, adkken might be able to verify that) that means Bark eater or porcuipine. This was because if one were to get lost in the deep woods, the one animal that a man can always run down and kill to stay alive is the porky.......

Or at least thats what i'm told   ;)

The last time I looked there was not anyone scheduled for Faith in August. Hope only had one shooter for all of July and August.

I expect things will be picking up real soon now.   :)

I was hoping to hunt w/ Faith the last two weeks of August but haven't heard back in weeks. Does anyone know what the status is?

Todd,

I've been getting your emails and replying...but you are not getting my replies.  I don't have a clue why...as they are not getting returned.

Terry,

I got a couple replies the last of which was on the 10th of August saying you were looking into it.  You can email me at either [email protected] or [email protected] I've had no problems w/ either one that I know of.

Thanks
Todd

Well Faith came knocking at my door today. She is a sweet looking bow. I love how she fits in my hand. The bow bolt is super slick. Looks and works better then you could imagine. You guys really put together an awesome package. Dang that knife is sharper then it looks and it looks sharp. Everything is first rate. I hope my schedule lets up a bit so I can get out with her but I guess I need use some faith regarding that too.
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])
