JL, what year is that Buick? 65?
Pup.
I agree completely with Dina, "I will say turning 50 was sort of liberating for me..."

Except I was kinda free to begin with. Now I've got an excuse.

56 on 8/8, given more years than I ever expected and grateful for every one. Beautiful wife and two great girls.
JL, is that a '67? Had a '67 skylark that just ate up the road but with gas at .27 it wasn't a big deal then. Nice ride!!
Good to see the young ones picking up a great sport.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

I was made in 64, I shoot a 65 Kodiak (among others) and drive a 66 Buick. She's a sweety folks. 90K original miles and she got a new coat of paint a few years back.

Funny, every 17 year old kid I pass, driving a civic, suddenly has a race car when they see the Skylark...

Got to love that old car smell...

I miss my '66 Dart. I traded it in in '95, it had 330,000 miles on it.   :readit:

45...I think. I let my wife of 25 years keep track of birthdays and such, except our anniversary of course, which just happens to fall on the first day of squirrel season in OK.
