Huh, for some reason I thought I thought they were made buy a company that also makes fishing rods. Thanks for the correction.

SteveB, Nope, I do not shop at Wal Mart, Lowes or Home Depot.

The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

Victory shafts are made in my home town of San Diego. I just switched over to them to support the cause. It helps when it is a great product, excellent spine consistency.

Are the black shafts and the woodgrain shafts the same diameter in the Gts?

As mentioned Easton makes their shafts here. In fact they prefer it that way so they can maintain better quality control.
On one of the episodes of Easton Bowhunting with Fred Eichler they went through the shaft manufacturing plant in Utah. Good stuff.

Large % of the goods at those stores and many others are Chinese and or imports. Just wondering if those who want to buy only American arrows apply the same criteria to all purchases.
If not, why not?
I shop for quality and price with place of manufacture last. I am far from alone - and see a lot of trad posters talk about buying all kinds of stuff at Walmart - just curious as to why arrows are different.

Beman ICS are made in Utah. Most of the better arrows made by Easton are USA. Older GTs were made in the US, you can still find some with the flags if you look around. Just keep asking for USA products, it helps.
This computer was made by Micron in Idaho out of mostly USA parts in 02. It bought it on ***** just so I could say that.
