Doug Campbell Knives
« on: March 18, 2007, 11:06:00 AM »
Well I just ordered me a Doug Campbell Caper. I'm sending him some locally grown osage for the handle and he's gonna make the blade about 1/2" longer than his normal caper. Hope to break it in good and proper in September on the bear hunt.

So lets see your Campbell's. Please!

Dang Leroy! I don't know how to post pics on here! I have a Cambpell Damascus blade caper with Big Horn Sheep scales on it. Doug is in the process of making me an Osage and Cocobolo handle carbon blade neck knife that should be done any day now!

Here ya go LeRoy. Mr.C makes a Great knife. He made this sheath for me so I could carry both knives on the belt. His Trade points are really great also. I really miss these knives. Hard times stink.LOL BTW I did keep the points and made an arrow with one for Display. The other one is in my TG display table.<><

Here is my latest from Doug, I have another and he is finishing up a caper for me now. I love his knives, bought one similar to this for my brother last year.

LeRoy,

I know Doug. He made us a run of game knives that are just cool. You can see them on our website at  www.classicbowhunting.com.  Look under sharp things, and they are! Here is the main selling point for Doug Campbell Knives.........He is a great guy. He uses what he makes, so he knows the qualities that are important to outdoorsmen. He aint a bad shot with a bow either. Look, you CAN NOT go wrong.
