I might be in as well, Where you guys thinking about doing this? And what is the cost? I wouldn't mind doing it if I didn't have to travel. I know if he flew into Portland Or there is a shooting range just over the river and both indoor and out door targets. Chinook Archers. Been a member there and we might be able to do it there.

Kevin, I was born and raised and still live in Eugene...too many people...it was a good place to grow up though. Looking to move over the Cascades at some point in the future. I have friends that live in Burns, Prineville, Bend, and Crooked River.

I'm one that's in... really, really looking forward to it.   Gonna camp on the range, then, after the class, spend the week camping and stump shooting my way down and across the Cascades to get to Eugene for the Pope & Young.

You are a good man Elkherder. Putting your family before shooting bows, learning from Rod how to be an awesome shot, camping and enjoying company with other archers,......how am I doing?  hahaha    ;)

i'm allready a pretty good shooter imo, guess theres no way out of dizzyland though.i got the look from momma when i begged to go so i'm pretty much screwed.lucky to get to buy a bow every month or two so i'll leave it alone.me and ben are gonna be hunting elk in sept over in the burns area, had to cancel the eaglecap trip for this year because of my legs getting worse.i need to be able to get to medical facilities quick if it flares up.sad about that but i've hunted burns area 15 years for a reason....  :readit:  ....lol

It's been a great response Bjorn. There is still one or two more spots left as I recall. Just think...after going through this then the next month is the start of our elk and deer season! Those bucks and bulls better watch out! lol  What a great way to fine tune and learn what you need to work on leading up to hunting season! Love it!
