My St. Joe River Longbow (Pics) (Update)
« on: March 28, 2009, 04:03:00 PM »
I was going to wait until I actually had the bow in hand before posting pics but after receiving these this morning from Dick Swager I couldn't contain myself.  I contacted Dick earlier this month to test drive one of his bows. To say I was impressed with Dick's craftsmanship is an understatement and his bow shot like a dream. After many conversations both on the phone and via email I decided to have Dick build me a bow.
Dick kept me appraised of the progress both by phone and email with pics. The bow should be finished and on its way to me by mid-week. If you're considering a new bow you owe it to yourself to give Dick a call.

I don't have a pic of the strung bow but you can see what one of Dick's longbows look like strung on the in-stock bow page on his website. I PM'd you his web addy.
