Does dale dye have a website or how do you get ahold of him. My father-in-law had a dale dye in the 90's and it is no longer shootable and I am thinking about one for me.

Why is it no longer shootable?, broken? Dale does not have a web site, but I am sure someone will comealong with his number.

riser or limbs? if limbs why not try and find another set for it. They turn up on here every so often. What draw weight you looking for? To have Dale build you a bow you are looking at over a year wait.

It was a one piece bow. Good medicine I believe. It split where the rise and the limb come together. It looks like the limb seperated from the riser

Jeremy,
You have a PM with a link to a thread started by a fella who is in the process selling his Dye and Great Northern bows.

Very fussy bows, my dad has one and tuning it has been a long and arduous process. We did get it done but I would look at Black Widow..IMO

I had a Dye bow, too, and it was not difficult to tune at all. It was a very sweet shooting bow. The grip is one of the best I've had on a bow and it was a gorgeous bow to boot.

The easiest bow to tune I've ever shot. Very sweet shooting, forgiving recurve.
