Plenty of info on this site regarding the Dark Archer. The one I shot, I found to be smooth and accurate at my 28" draw. It was 55@28 and 54 " long. Would work great in a blind or tree stand of course that is what it was designed for. Personally, I prefer my Massie and HH longbows, but that is a personal preference. Good luck and "Keep'um Sharp".

I own and shoot a DA. I love her. She's 65 lbs @ 28". fast, smooth and very fun in a blind and tight treestand.

I just got a Dark Archer a couple weeks ago. I think I have her all tuned in. I am on my way to Kansas to turkey hunt and stopped off in Iowa for work. Went out with a couple friends (compounders) tonight after work and showed them the fine art of stump shooting. I clobbered them :D even though they picked out some LONG, LONG shots.
I'm getting a little bit of drag on my draw hand ring finger bottom at my 29 1/2" draw. Not really a pinch, but I don't think I'd go any longer on the draw than that.
So far, I am impressed. I am sure it is going to work out even better in the Double Bull.
