I have had both Boa and GN,both are great quivers. But I prefer the Thunderhorn Boa,I feel it gives me a better balance on the bow from where it positions the arrows.Plus the Boa can be flipped for RH or LH shooters,GN you have to buy the specific one for RH or LH.

I like the Boa in the Small Fry, very light and balances well. Guss

Check out Duanes new boa linx quiver on his website. Thunderhornmfg.com  It's the best bow quiver I have found. I like that it is a one pc.  The hood and the arrow clips dont torque.  The straps are easy to use, easy to put on and off your bow.  I like the extra weight.  The arrow clips are pushed back so that the arrows are seated towards the string and not sticking out infront of the bow.  You can also get the leather hood to match your bow and laser engrave the hood.

I have an older thunderhorn strap on their soft plastic model don't think they make it anymore bummer. If you follow the instructions they tell you to go to a strap it on to a certain hole. When I did this it loosened up over time. What I did was strap it on tight on the upper limbs and slide it down to the fade outs with some dishwashing liquid and water it is a great quiver. If you can find one of the black plastic they're around 40.00 a real bargin and they can be used on recurves or longbows. If you want fancy the leather one is great looking.I just like the plain old black one myself.

Gator,
I just took apart my quiver.  800 gr at 18".  Personally I think the positives of a one pc out weighs the issue of the weight.  The weight will vary with the length of the riser.

Great Northern is the best. I really like the hard rubber broadhead gripper material.

I was using a selway slide on, and have changed to a GR strap on, getting two more for other bows.
