I have both of the videos. I would order the second video.  I learned alot from the videos liked his shooting style so much that I actually attended Rick's shooting school in Arkansas.

I think you can pick up some good pointers from his videos. He has a very simple and straight forward style and consistant. You won't go wrong getting vol 2; it has a lot of hunting on it, too.

I've have all the "Master's of the Barebow videos," and Rick's video. I've picked up a lot from each. The thing that has helped me the most is Rick's style of holding until the shot happens. For me that means holding until the sight picture comes into perfect focus. I simply focus on what I want to hit, and the arrow does not go until I'm perfectly focused on my spot. Yeah, that video has helped me a lot. The great thing about Rick's technique is it is so simple.

What style does Rick use? Does he shoot split finger or does he shoot 3 fingers under?

I like his straight forward approach to shooting and I learned from his video as well. Volume II is very good. The breathing technique, holding till the shot happens and double anchor are all things that have to help. Can`t hurt.

And the hunting part...." That hog will weigh 400 pounds....everybit"  cool stuff.RC.
