I'm going turkey hunting this weekend and I was wondering if the camo fabric that goes around the windows of your blind affect your arrow flight. Thanks, Garrett

I think it affects it a little but for me the mesh affects distance perception. The mesh makes things seem closer than they really are. I think that for others it makes objects seem further away.

You don't need to have the window screens in place for turkey hunting.

I don't use the mesh for turkey hunting...my blind is black on the inside, so I wear a black shirt and facemask...Definitely practice out of your blind because it takes some getting used to...

I purchased an Under Armor Black Longsleeve shirt just for my turkey hunt. Make sure that all of the windows are closed except the one you are shooting out of. Even where the zippers meet should be closed as tight as possible.

You don't want any light other than the shooting window.

I don't like face paint so I use a camo face sock that fits tight.

Good luck,

Paul
