Traditiona Archery Products Made In the USA
« on: April 06, 2009, 01:56:00 PM »
Bob Morrison made the suggestion that there ought to be a thread with a list of traditional archery products made in the USA. I thought that it was a great idea so here goes.

Eagle's Flight Archery only sells items on our website that we make here in Mebane, NC., USA. We try to use leather and other products that are made here including genuine cordovan from Horween in Chicago.

Items that we make are a full line of bow quivers, armguards, tabs, bowtip protectors, string keepers, side plate/rests, etc.

George, You make it sound like they're trying to take advantage of people bud....Why?

Can you name a wealthy bowyer?

They're just trying to make a living like the rest of us. If you can't afford it, then you don't buy I guess. Just like cars, houses or anything else.....

Back to the task at hand.I believe in the traditionl archery comunity,we are blessed.I think most of our equipment is made in the U.S.A.Sure some is not,but you usualy dont have to look to hard to find what you want that is.As far as the basics (bows, arrows, quivers and such).

I like this thread. I reckon my leatherwork stuff is all USA. Whenever I see leather stated as "imported", I look around for other leather. Actually, I try to purchase stuff when I can, made in my home state. Not always the case, but I think it appropriate to help those closest to home when at all possible.

Just being neighborly.............

KME Sharpeners

Made in the USA from American parts... lifetime guarantee.

Many of you have heard me say this before but, I'll go bankrupt before we send one dime or one job out of this country...

Exception: I recently found a broadhead file that is absolutely incredible. I'm trying to get some in stock but, they're custom made in Austria and that's the  only  place I can get them.

I was told that there was only one carbon arrow shaft manufacturer now left in the USA. Anyone know the facts on that?

I asked my Easton rep about "made in the USA" and I thought he told me Easton was made here.  I can't find anything in the Easton litterature about it.
