Heading to Alaska in May to put the walk'n'stalk on a blackie. I'll be using a 66# Schafer with CX Heritage 250's, a woodsman head that weigh up around 650.

For the fall, I'll be using my Bob Lee 65 @ 28 with 190 gr grizzly. Total arrow weight around 650 grain, God willing.

BC spot and stalk, set up Morrison 56# @ 27"s Shawnee FMJ 500s with a 150grn Silver Flame XL up front. Wieght is right around 500grns getting thumped out at 196. I know it's light for some but they penetrate like a son of a gun. Plus you can shoot through much tighter brush or windows.  It's not crazy high FOC but it up at 18% plenty for me.  Good Luck evry one post pics. My hunts the end of May into June. Hope I time it right!!

I'll be selectively hunting and taking pictures over bait from a brush ground blind near where I live in Northern Quebec.

With my Caribow longbow, 75lbs @ 30" and J&M archery custom cedar arrows tipped with 160 grain Snuffers.
May your next adventure lighten your heart, test your spirit, and nourish your soul.
