Dynamic spine calculator

What happened to the dynamic spine calculator? It worked for me and I wanted to use it to help a friend. Thanks.

The link will not work now from what I have heard.  There is a new version 3.  I have a copy of the excel file, or I can tell you where to down load it if you PM me.
