I feel honored. I had a couple threads pulled. I can hang my name with the big boys.

Sometimes it seems kinda silly why some threads get pulled but you gotta respect Terry and the fellas for what they do. They do keep things on target on this site.  :notworthy:

Hey........that's a great way to phrase it...I usually email folks,...'to keep the site focused'...or 'keep the site on course'.

I think I'll use 'on target' from now on...Thanks!

BTW....if people only knew how fast this forum could get out of hand, or, if they spent a few months as a moderator....they would know and understand a LOT more.  Its work...and kind of a 'tuff love' to pull threads....but things can snowball pretty dang fast if you aren't on top of it.  And, the amount of people that spam and 'work the board' advertising,...and the slick ways they try and go about it.  We catch most of that REAL quick.

Thanks for understanding guys......means a lot, more than you know.

If we didn't have such dedicated moderators and meaningful guidelines, we would have nothing but chaos. Thanks Terry and everyone else who contributes to keeping Trad Gang the best traditional archery/hunting site on the net!

Terry, You, Rob & all the Mod's are doing a great job here. I had a post or 2 edited & 1 that I know of removed for going off topic, but I never felt bad about it. Now seeing the names of others that you posted puts me in a better place, knowing I'm in the same book as them.

I can say one thing that means more than anything else to me about Tradgang - my children are welcome to read along. What other web-site can you say that about? I'm thankful that as my children are getting to an age to participate in archery that there is a place where we all can get information in a responsible manner. It does make you all feel like family and I thank you.

Terry, we need a place to post pics/stories of nontrad but St. Jude's related...like stuff from the auction.  Hopin' for some fine pics soon after a memorable fishing trip, ya know.

Always have felt since the gitgo that this place was run dead nuts to it's founder's wishes.  As it should be, and I'm sure as it always will be.  It always starts with rule #1: Respect

God Bless.

Thunder.....if I'm not mistaken, there was a fishing trip given away last year, and we allowed them to post about it....St Judes kinda gets a free pass, non-trad items are donated, and posting about them is OK......cause its for the kids.

Just like the thread 'What did ya get from the Auction'?....and people posted pics of all sorts of non bowhunting stuff they won...no reason someone can't post about the fish they caught.
