I am done chasing the ring!

Now I will work to get closer to the final dimensions, and then floor tiller.

Being a beginner, I need to go slow!

Manny, when I quit being a beginner is when I started going slow. Take it slow and easy. You will fare better. Looks like you have a primo osage stave to work with. Looking forward to seeing it when it's done...and the process to get there.     Pat

Thank you Dennis!

And this week I will have a special knife to post with the bow  :)
Slats are epoxied in place and pinned.

Thank you again for the osage scales

Take care,
Manny

Here is where I am today:

I almost destroyed Phoenix on Saturday by making  stupid mistakes,  :banghead:  but it's looking better now.

Final tillering is the next step

Beautiful work Manny,  We have had to resort to the house too in the cold winter months in order to make some stuff, but worth the momentary eyesore.
