As with any bow the wait is always too long. But when you get something like this, it's worth the wait. I ordered a new Shawnee to match my other one at the same specs. I always like to have 2 of the same. What fun would only one be. Words cannot describe what I felt when I opened the box. Blub ,Blub IS ABOUT ALL I MUTTERED!
The specs are: Morrison Shawnee A-riser with Arapho(recurve) D-limbs(60" bow). The riser is a low grip, Masur birch and goboon ebony. The limbs are 54@27" foam core with stained Masur birch veneers on both sides.
Once again Bob has outdone himself. And guess what, it's waterproof! Yes I wasn't waiting to shoot this baby, in the pouring down rain I still hit my mark. Although it is the same specs as my 2008 one, it appears to be shooting faster. Thanks for looking.

Mike,
You beat me to those limbs. I called Bob the day after you bought them. The set up looks great.

The riser is nice, but those limbs are something special!

Autumn- The limbs your referring too are still available. Bob made them for me and they were a touch too light(in color) so he made me these. The ones on his page are still available. Not sure for how long cause they are awesome looking. Better call quick.

Over-thats tape Bob puts on his strings for shipping. I was so pumped to shoot it that I never even put a nock on. I usually tie my own.

Dave-This is number 2. I'm not sure I'll catch your five.

Thanks all for the compliments!

It's not hard Mike. I got all the pretty ones with skins an all but now my favourite is my new all black phelonic riser with matching black foam/carbon limbs. I'm hard on my pretty ones so this is my workhorse version. No moisture issues here. i've shot alot of bows but can find no better than my Morrisons. To top it off Bob and Barb are as fine a folks as one can meet.
