When you say good deal, I think you mean cost.  That kicks out every one except Ribtek.  Not only are they a "good deal" they're one piece design is ingenious.  Not only do the ribs form the ferule, but there's a rib perpendicular to the ferule for strength.  In addition the blade is thicker at the tip, than the end also increasing the strength.  Add in the wide assortment of weights they come in and how can you go wrong.  Examine them sometime, they fit your bill (fold).

For quality and value you'd be hard pressed to beat a Tusker.  Grizzlies are not far behind.  The good 'ol standby Magnus and Zwickey heads are barely any more in cost and still a great buy.  Never tried the Ace but have never heard a negative about them.
