Brittany's Husband Got a Turkey!
« on: May 04, 2009, 10:30:00 PM »
Last week my wife Brittany was in the spot light with her first Traditional Harvest. On saturday it was my turn. I harvested my first Mature Tom Turkey at twenty five yards out of an old double bull blind, with 56lb recurve. It was a moment of thrilling success.

Sweeter Success. With help from tradgangers I was able to set up an arrow that gave me a complete pass through at 25 yards. I was especilly proud to see arrow penetration like this. Thanks Guys

Congrats on a beautiful bird. Turkey hunting with a bow is so much fun I can't stand it. My buddies think I'm crazy going with my "Stick and String" but two years in a row and they ain't "laughin" anymore. Congrats to you and your wife for your accomplishments this year and by the way those are some beautiful pictures of your bird.
God Bless the both of you.
