my 2 year old grandson LOVES his bow, he dry fires it backwards so it doesn't slap his arm

I love this quote
"if you take the time to hunt with your kids when they're young, you wont have to take the time to hunt for them when they're older."
"You can shoot a compound and use your binoculars and be all serious, or you can shoot a trad bow and have fun just flinging arrows at a target. Me, I choose option number two" -Me (Josiah Vivian)

Great job grandpa, our grandkids started at 18 months old.  Grandma would load their suction cup arrows and we would watch hunting videos and they would shoot all the animals.  Of course we had to wipe the screen down daily to get rid of the slubber marks.  I guess you can say it was a proto type of the Tech No Hunt  :biglaugh:

My 2 year old son pulls his backwards as well, he loves the bow and loves to be out there shooting with me.

Sometimes around strangers he'll put his left arm straight out in front of him and fish hook his right cheek like he's anchoring to show them how he shoots.  It's priceless.

Looks like a great day. That is just the kind of memory kids will keep forever.

My three year old loves shooting balloons.
