I do hunt Sambar deer. Very tough hunt and I have not connected in quite a while.

Danny...thanks for the thread w/pics. Sorry it took so long to respond. First I was out of town for a long time and then when I got home my dang computer wouldn't work. Sheesh!!!

That's some pretty thick stuff you hunt. Bet it gets a little frustrating at times.... you do seem to make the best of it though.

Cool country Danny. Seems to me that I read a while back that Guam's bird populations were being wiped out by a brown snakes, apparently they had hitched a ride from Australia. Any truth to that?

You are welcome Charlie. Yeah it is very thick in most places.

guzzi,the brown tree snake came from the Philippines. Yes it has decimated a bunch of the native bird population. There is an ongoing trapping control that seems to be working. I have been here since 1989, never seen one in the jungle, killed a total of three around the house in all that time.
