New Born Twin Fawns
« on: May 16, 2009, 05:09:00 PM »
Hey guy's, I thought I would share a video with you of two new born fawns. I was walking on my property Thursday night about 8:00pm when I stopped on the lane way to look at tracks in the mud when a doe about 15yrds off jumped up ran in some and started snorting like hell. Then the fawns starting baying, I could see them from were I was standing trying to stand up. I had my camera with me so I shot a quick video and got out of there. After reviewing the video I say I think they were just born today, you think, that doe just dropped them, you can see one has not even been licked dry yet.

Cool video.......I'd say they were less than an hour old.

Yep, I'd say just dropped those two.  They usually start dropping them Memorial day week end.
