Who all uses Basket Quivers

I was wondering how many of you actually use Basket Quivers? Here's a pic of mine. I got it from Custom King, dyed & varnished it. Lined it with 100% wool felt and then Fingerwove a strap from dyed sheep wool, Alpaca and some Dog Hair I spun up. So far I think it will be great as it is very light.

Nice quiver.  I too have the one from KK.  I purchased mine in 2000.  Used for a couple of years at shoots, never hunting.  I decided I don't like back quivers so it now hangs in my closet holding my extra arrows and shafts.

Wouldn't sell it though.  Very well made.

I just made a couple of them for a friend and I to use at an upcoming shoot. I don't use one for hunting since BH's and such seem to snag in a basket. I like how they are so light weight. I also like the raw natural look of them.

They are nice in hot weather.leather 1s tend to make you sweat more.nice quiver

I have used one for two years in the summer as it gets hot here in west texas, cooler than leather. Got mine from 3rivers like it a lot.

Hey Court, You sure are a talented gent! WOW! I love that quiver! Those basket styles are very cool in summer and your weaving is always beautiful to look at. What a nice combo...

Frank got a basket quiver for me and use especially on the hotter days.
