« on: May 18, 2009, 04:42:00 PM »
Trying to decide which wood/s for my Shrew and would like to see some pictures of bows with both riser and veneers of Zebrawood .  It sure is tough to decide...  Thanks for assisting me.

LONGBOWKID,

Here ya go...

 http://tradgang.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=074115

Initial draw with a non tipped bare shaft shows I'm drawing about 30.5", so it's probably close to 45# at my DL.

I like zebrawood, but it seems those vintage bows of the 60's all had prettier zebrawood than most found today.

This is a shakespeare Necedah.

When ordering, I would try to preview what's available and select personally.
