John,
We have discussed our "connections" in prior posts, wife names, kid names, etc...
now I log in and find we share the same birthday!!  I celebrated my 38th on saturday, spent the day installing fencing on one of our new backstops at our little league fields.  The "perks" of being board members, we get to volunteer our saturdays/sundays preparing for a new season....my wife did take me out to dinner- so I couldn't complain too much.
Also, I did get the new stave, but have just finshed winter basketball (as the coach) so I haven't even started yet.  Now little league is starting and I coach 2 teams for that, but the days are longer and will get started soon.
Thanks again, and Happy B-day.

Thanks again.

DRR, that is spooky man.  Are you familiar with the concept of multiverses where there are multiple universes happening at the same time separated only by tiny little variations?  In these, we all exist as unlimited different but the same people with minor variations based on small changes.  Makes ya' wonder if we were supposed to be living in parallel universes but the space:time continuum had a little blip and the wormhole of the Tradgang has linked us together.  I bet if we ever met in person we would throw the whole thing off and be responsible for the breakdown of time as we know it  :)

The time/space continuum could be thrown off, but it would be worth the risk, we will meet at some point in the near future, just have to keep abreast of trad events and plan on attending one.

Otto;

I will be there early this year!  Going to burn some vacation time to hit Cloverdale and Compton's rather than pulling the all night drive again.

Have to bring Scifres a birthday steak or sumpin'...

Ahhhhh,the sweet smell of porta potties on a fine Indiana summer day   :scared:      :scared:

 Does anyone else imagine that Johns pinewood derby car may have been made out of osage?   :bigsmyl:

Thanks to everyone.  You really are making me feel good  :)

I shaved my beard a couple years ago and then grew it back this winter.  Pretty scary how much gray is there.

Joe, I seriously wanted to make the car from osage but I ran out of time.  Next year I will though.

My kids are already talking about Cloverdale.  Like every day.  I think I've created some monsters.  Lainey, the 6 year old, thinks she can handle the MOJam drive this year too.  She brought it up again yesterday.  And James was telling his friend all about Cloverdale this morning in the car on the way to school.  I really don't think I'll need a birthday steak though.  Maybe some birthday salad or fruit.  Seems there is always plenty of meat floating around there - hehehe.

I can't wait!!!!!!!

My wife and I decided no spring or summer sports anymore.  There are too many things to do to limit our family to organized activities.  We are gonna play in the creek, go hiking, camping and generally just play around.  That's what I did as a kid and I turned out OK  :)
