trad hold em round 1
« on: May 16, 2009, 05:57:00 PM »
heres a new game i thought up for us tradgangers..texas hold'em trad style.you'll need a fairly good sized area to put your cards.put your cards up with tacks or whatever you want to use.shoot from 15 yds and you must use your first two hits as your hole cards, this is totally on the honor system.post your hole cards by thursday.friday i will shoot at same distance.the first five cards i hit will be the community cards.be sure and mix up the deck, only the first two cards please..i am quite the hold'em player and i'll tell you right now any two cards can win.PRIZES...i get things donated by companies and i buy things here and there also.prizes will vary greatly.first prize up is this new gerber skinner.it was a donation to start this game with. i need to figure out the shipping for the items.not really wanting to cover all shipping by myself.i will be trying my best to get bows and maybe even hunts as prizes.in case of a tie i will flip a coin or the players who tied can opt to reshoot and i will then reshoot also. PLEASE POST PICS SO THIS IS MORE INTERESTING.   good luck      :campfire:

I'd like to get in....need a day or two to come up with a large enough backstop.

What if you gave us a certain day to play
'Shoot-n-Hold'em'...say Thursday by ???? and then you post your 5...just a thought.

Sounds like a great idea and game!!
